We had California Commercial & Residential Roofing replace our shake roof with a 50 year metal roof in 2008, based on our neighbors recommendation (they had used them earlier that year). Jesus provided a very competitive bid, and we chose them to reroof our house. A few months later, my parents aging comp roof was failing during winter storms, and we reached out to Jesus. On short notice, he was able to get his crew over there and strip off 3 layers of comp and replace with new felt and 50 year comp in 2009, at a very affordable price. We didn't even bother to get competitive quotes; that's how good they are.

In 2021 while prepping for painting the exterior of our house, the painting company noted some dry rot under the eaves and in the siding. We had estimates from 3 places including CC&RR; Jesus had the best pricing and was more responsive. He and his crew did a great job in removing all the dry rot and replacing with new materials, including the siding, and his crew finished the whole job, including painting the newly replaced wood & siding. We recommend CC&RR to all of our neighbors, friends and family.
